T-Bar T092 Handle Knob w/o Bearing

Ultimate Jigging Aluminum T-Bar T092 Handle Knob (without Bearing) Shimano & Daiwa Model is special design for Butterfly jigging style fishing and other fishing style. It's made by same manufacture that makes aluminum products for well known butterfly jigging brand.

Suitable Reels for T092:

• Shimano Ocea Jigger 4000~5000P, 2004 SW Stella 10000~20000 FA (Shaft-S).
• 2008 Shimano SW New Stella 4000~20000 (Shaft-NS - see Installation Tips 2)
• 2008 Shimano SW Twin Power 4000~12000 (Shaft-NS)
• Shimano new Talica 10, 12, 16, 20, 25 single speed and two speed reels (Shaft-NS - see Installation Tips 2 and 3) Talica 50 handle knob is riveted on arm and not removable. If you like to install on 50's Talica, drilling work will be needed.
• Shimano new Torsa 16N, 16, 20, 30 reels. (Shaft-NS - see Installation Tips 4)
• Daiwa Saltiga-Z 20~40 (Shaft-D - see Installation Tips 1). And Directly change for Daiwa Catalog with Label 「L」
• Daiwa Saltiga-Z4000~6500 spinning reels. Catalina (Japan) 4000-4500, Seaborg series electrical reels. (Shaft-D - see installation Tips 1)
• Daiwa Saltiga/Saltist SA15-50, STTLD20-50, STTLW20-50. (Shaft-D - see Installation Tips 1)

Shaft and Bearings: (You need to purchase Bearings for your Shaft)

• D Shaft - You need two 8x5x2.5 Bearings
• NS Shaft - You need one 9x5x3 Bearing and/or one 9x4x4 Bearing
• S Shaft - You need one 8x5x2.5 Bearing and one 9x4x4 Bearing

Installation Tips:

1. For Daiwa Reels, please make sure you remove all parts from original knob. This Ultimate Jigging T092 Handle Knob is precision made, no need any extra washer inside of housing. However, if there is any play after installed, you can use the original washer to adjust it.
2. For new 2008+ Stella Reel 5000 - 20000 SW and Shimano new Talica 10, 12, 16, 20, 25 single speed and two speed reel, you need to use two Bearings or sleeves removed from your original knob to install in this T-Bar stainless shaft hosing, how you remove bearings from original knob is how you install back; but with this T-Bar instead of original knob.
3. The latest version Talica comes with no bearings, you will need to get one 9x5x3 Bearing and one 9x4x4 Bearing to install the T092 Handle Knob.
4. For Shimano new Torsa 16N, 16, 20, and 30 Reels, you need to use one 9x5x3 Bearing removed from your original knob to install in this T-Bar NS stainless shaft hosing, how you remove bearings from original knob is how you install back; the new 9x4x4 Bearing which you purchase will replace original 8mm bearing.
